At Coverpay, we recognise that sometimes stuff just happens and we’ll do what we can to assist. Events in your life that may contribute to a significant change in your circumstances may include:

These or other changes may result in you experiencing financial hardship which may mean you are temporarily unable to meet your payment obligations.

We are here to help. If you miss a payment with Coverpay you have 3 days to make-up a missed payment without incurring any additional fees. If you need additional support, please contact our office via the Contact page and we will work through your circumstances to understand what options may be available.
