At Coverpay, we are driven by our purpose to help people pay for their insurance in instalments in a responsible and transparent way. By doing this, customers have greater control over their insurance budget, and it helps to address under-insurance by re-focusing the total insurance spend back into coverage and premium.
Coverpay was founded by a group of insurance, finance and technology professionals who wanted to make a change to the status quo, addressing customers desire for more choice, transparency and control whilst at the same time enhancing merchant relationships with their customers. Coverpay was born.
Steve Gilbert
Managing Director
Steve has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance and finance industries with expertise in starting and scaling start-ups, in particular within the finance, underwriting agency and insurance broking sectors.
Steve is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has significant experience at board level including leading a number of joint ventures with ASX listed entities.

Rosalie Lau
Rosalie completed her professional training with KPMG (Sydney Office) in 1992. Since then, she has held senior finance roles in publicly listed companies in Australia and overseas including Steadfast Group Limited, DXC Technology, McAfee and SAP.
With over 25 years' experience in the financial services and technology sectors, Rosalie's expertise includes acquisitions and integrations, start-ups, IPO, change management, systems implementation, risk and compliance, commercial support and strategy, and ASX reporting.
Rosalie has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Lisa Woodley
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in insurance technology, significantly as the co-founder of the technology that lead to the formation of Sunrise Exchange that was owned by Telstra and sold to EBIX Inc. Lisa also has extensive start-up, board and executive experience. Most recently, Lisa was Executive General Manager Broker Technology Services at Steadfast Group Limited, an ASX 200 company.
Vibul Imtarnasan
Vibul has extensive experience in insurance technology, significantly as the co-founder of the technology that lead to the formation of Sunrise Exchange that was owned by Telstra and sold to EBIX Inc. Most recently, Vibul was Executive General Manager Technology Solutions at Steadfast Group Limited, an ASX 200 company.
Simon Agar
Simon has over 30 years' experience in information technology within the financial services sector. With a comprehensive understanding of the back office to client-facing technologies for small to large organisations. Simon has worked both locally and on international projects including overseeing the Placing Platform Limited (PPL) for Lloyd’s of London.
Formerly, the Chief Operating Officer of Ebix Australia, Simon was responsible for development, customer and professional services operations. Ebix was the market leader in Broker/Agency Management software, Transaction Exchanges and Insurance solutions in Australia and internationally. After 24 years with Ebix, Simon established his own consultancy firm ‘Risk IT’ enabling and advising on insurance technologies.
Kiersten Lethbridge
Kiersten has over 30 years’ experience in insurance technology, specifically intermediary administration systems. Most recently, Kiersten was Divisional General Manager for EBIX Australia, the leading supplier of intermediary policy administration systems.
